Very good message Armine - I hope that we can mobilize some action to get the Canadian financial industry to become aligned with the public interest. My suggestion on this is to survey the brokerages to find out which ones recognize the criminal law as the primary regulative tool. This would separate the predatory "self-regulating" outfits from the companies that actually reject deceptive practices. I am hoping that labour will assist in upholding the importance of Sections 361-363 of the CCC.
