The most famous poem about a Breughel painting is no doubt Auden's "Musee des Beaux Arts," which refers to "Icarus," but Williams' poem runs a close second.
You'll find that William Carlos Williams wrote a poem called "Landscape with the Fall of Icarus" which is far superior to the Auden work.
