Not that all Jewish were Greek-haters, quite the opposite: but the main problem was that the jewish religion is a tight system of propaganda (like its offsprings, christian and muslim religions). Unlile Assyrians and Persians, the Greeks directly affected the jewish religious culture. The problem was not their rule, the problem was their culture. Young jewish were too attacted by the Greek lifestyle and the priests resented that.
