i guess this is why it's discontinued. this phone's battery life is just garbage. i will be replacing mine tomorrow. thank god for best buy's replacement warranty. metro pcs should give every customer their money back for purchasing this phone. purchase your phones at best buy and you'll be fine.

Man u need to do some research on phones n apps that's y Google is invented. Try "Dx battery saviour" n play around with the app. I use2 text a lot n listen to music all day n my battery wud die on me in just 1/2 a day. N I'm really heavy on the web too. Try the app.

Are you serious right now? why didnt you do research on the phone before you bought it? cnet, androidcentral, androidpolice...they all have videos and links about basically any android phone that comes out. my girl got that phone and before she got it i did research on it and told her about the poor battery life.

Iwould recomend this fone, sprint, verizon, and at&t all mite have good fones but alot of them have the same "battery issues". Plus their plans SUCK. Too expensive and u get hooked on an obligatory contract u have to pay if u wanna break. So go with metro pcs:)

I recomend i u first get any phone, letting the battery drain the first couple of days, like "breaking it in". Alot of people said the same shit bout the blackberry curve 8530 from metro, that the battery sucked, but i let the battery drain the first couple of days and now it will last me a day and maybe even 2 days, and im a txter and always on facebook. So try that when u first get a fone. Im still getting the indulge from metro pcs:).

I'm not sure what phones battery life you are comparing it with, but ever Android form talks about the poor battery life of the phone. BUY AN extra battery and quit bitching. The thunderbolt has an 1100milliamp battery and the Indulge has 1500 milliamps. All android phones suck down battery!!!

I'm glad you made this review because the battery life do sucks and I tryd everything my self don't get me wrong its not a bad phone at all its the fucking battery and that's why I have not been talking bout the phone lately and they give you a 1800 mhm battery it need to be more of a 2800mhm battery to do what its suppose to do I am looking for a larger battery and ill let you know if I get one and you couldn't greturn the phone because you proly used more than a hour of talk time

They gave me a whole different reason, and they also said if I were to change it, I would lose my phone number. Ive had this same number for 10 years now! I brought it in from TMobile, and I cant afford to lose it.
