I use Windows XP and experiance an issue like this when trying to create a Flipshare movie, it doesn't want to work with MP3 files that Windows has backed up, but Flip don't seem to care at all about resolving problems, all they're interested in is camera sales and not after sales care.

We had a flip for many years and it works on our vista program very well. But if we have a problem support is excellent.

flipshare is bad for me bc it doesnt have any effects
