Tu gdzie ja żyję wielu ludzi nadal nie zdaje sobie sprawy, że życie pod butem komunistycznym, szczególnie w czasach stalinowskich, nie wiele różniło się pod względem wyrządzonego zła od życia pod butem hitlerowskim. Są o tym książki, ale pospólstwo książek nie czyta. You tube trafi do nich prędzej. Dobra robota przyjacielu.
Wiem, ludzie na tzw. "zachodzie" nie wiedzą o tym prawie nic, nawet sympatycy są raczej tolerowani, podczas gdy nazistowscy nie, moda na sowieckie symbole itp.... tylko sobie wyobraź człowieka w koszulce ze swastyką, z sierpem i młotem pewnie widziałeś.
Właśnie po to dałem tłumaczenie, do ilu ludzi to dotrze... ciężko powiedzieć, oby to była tylko historia.
"Illusion of a developed and opened country" Interesting idea, the same was in Spain with how the francoist regime used censorship and for example touristic promotion to show to the other west country how kind and nice was Spain...
As always the same idea, communism and fascism are just the same censorship, death, lack of freedoms and an economical system based on fantasies, specially with countries under communism.

I remember how my brother, eagerly listened to the "voice of America" and "Radio Liberty" in Ukrainian language, and to BBC. it was arledy time of "glasnost`" :-)
but stil people are afraid to discuss what they hearing on the western radio! :-(

Necessary indeed, but who belived in that? Usually thier propaganda was vulgar, simplyfied and.... laughtble, easy to expose and deny.
That`s why there was need to cut people off the informations from outside.
Now imagine... at that times there was no internet, xero machines were rare, it was hard to get even paper for some "illegal" printing houses.

W obu przypadkach chodziło o to samo, więc symbolika mogła być podobna, od kultu jednostki, po promocję sportu i rozprawiania się z "wrogami".
Dzięki za komentarz i ocenę, polecam też inne filmiki z tej serii.
