AI is very fair and if they cheat is not very noticeable.
If you (as modder) only can use 1 pre-requisite on AI scripts I haven't added attack teams that use very advanced buildings (for example: an attack team of Robot Tanks & prism tanks) so the probability of AI cheating is very low (I don't say "0%" because I don't remember if I left 1 or 2 scripts in all the AI configuration file).
Only I hope that this AI is better than the AI from the older public version of C&C:Reloaded :S
Nice vids - find it amusing how dumb the AI is sometimes - trying to shoot an Artillery with MM2 from above and failing and how would ignore masses of Artillery and also place Power Plants in same place one just went over and over

As for guy saying TS factions are weaker, I'd agree GDI's defences and NOD's forces are weaker, unless bolster them that is ;)
AI Nod crushing AI Yuri actually makes a lot of sense (unmindable Cyborgs supported by Banshees and Arty), despite the fact the vids didn't show any Nods entrenching their ticks. Vanilla AI has never been a Yuri master, anyway.
Still, I can't help but feel that the titans and H-MLRS's seen in the vids were rather weak, being outranged/speeded and outdamaged by equal tiers, respectively.
OTOH, I remember Cyborg Reapers being absolutely murder in .99b2 - they look far less.. potent.. now.
After having watched all the AI test vids, it seems to me that the TibSun factions are rather weak? And that Yuri comes out on top (OP, really) as per vanilla YR?
The TibSun as defender videos had Allies and Yuri melt through Nod in 3 minutes, while it took GDI on Allied over 11, and that through extensive arty crawl.
(granted an option none of the YR factions have, but still a weak option)
Speaking of GDI, I saw the Mammoth Mk2's failing against Nod attackers ty terrain. Any thoughts on that?
TS factions aren't weak..I, as observer, I saw a lot of AI battles and TS are well balanced compared with RA2 sides (the original TS game had lower stat values of weapon damages compared with RA2) & I remember one time I saw a 1 very long battle with all the factions where only remained Nod & Soviets (GDI had bad luck with a combo of Kirovs and a ground hard attack of another faction & Nod crushed Yuri)... due to the long duration of that AI battle I decided to abort the skirmish game.
About the AI MK2 unit depend of the situation but the most common missions for them are "kill defenses and return fire if someone damages you".
Usually they are the key for posterior combos of units (now that you said that in this case they are the less useful).
For factions balance this unit had (as in TS) the terrain elevation/walls as handicap so is a feature that I don't plan to change (& they can't be controlled by Yuri so... more reasons to limit them without add a build limit).
There aren't 3 minutes of battle, the problem is that in that moment I hadn't much hard disk space to record long video. this 11 minutes is like a little miracle :P
Usually ~3 minutes are 20GB (x2) of RAW data with 720p resolution with Camtasia...
Where can I get this? And where do I put the mods to play them?

As for the Mk2, yes the terrain/walls were it's handicap, and is as it should be.
It also looks nicely powerful, and as unmindable, it is a worthy spend.
Though it looks like the AI is prone to losing Mk2's to terrain/wall traps. Very unfortunate for compstomp games, but negligible for compet.
And yeah, youtube should offer more options for specific video uses.
In fact I was under the impression your vids were cut from the point of max teched defender. ;)
