It's good that you recognize and feel the difference between the different tones, and I think that they will improve in accuracy and fluency with practice. And it sounds like you are very conscious of your pronunciation, which is great, but don't stress too hard over it. It too will come naturally.

This is pretty good. Beijing accent I think. I'm from Singapore so my Chinese is pretty darn bad. O levels this year! Oh dear god.
