I just saw a Geri interview on Life Stories or something, its on youtube, and she basically blames the other girls and Mel B for her departure, go see it. She is so pathetic, blaming Mel B for the fact that she’s an egomaniac and she couldn’t deal with the fact that the other girls had found their voice and opinions and strengths within the group, she thought she was going to be the next Madonna, eventually she flopped hard.

Mel C is so nasty about her time in the Spice Girls. Everything she says is like she's embarrassed, or hitting out at the other girls, like Geri and her eating disorder. I've seen her on Buzzcocks and she's always really deprecating about it as well, just because she wants to be taken seriously as an "artist" now. Its really sad, because the others all seem really happy to have been a part of it.

She is probably being honest. The others try to suger coat everything, yet by the way Mel C tells it, it wasn't all fun and games. We'll never know what it was really like, but considering how Mel B and Geri were so controlling and overbaring, I don't blame Mel C for telling it like it is. I don't think it's sad, at least she has a pair to tell the other side, unlike Emma, Geri, Mel B and Victoria.

Yes they needed you, Geri, you shouldn't have left the band because you saw what happened after you left...they just lost their popularity and stardom you guys have reached to and became nothing from the most successful band of the world...you should have stayed with them and continue your beautiful career!! You lost, and they also lost...it was such a pity because together you could be successful, not separate.

I remember being upset when she left. I knew it was over. It started as a 5 girl group & it couldn't be the same, but I can understand where Geri was coming from. They did get big quick & it must've felt like being in the middle of a hurricane not knowing where you are. I wish they would've been together a little longer.

Mel B is a total a-hole. If she wasn't in the band, Geri probably would'nt have left. Mel B is just jealous of Geri's popularity. Notice how Mel B always has to be in the middle center stage? You can hear it in her voice that she was jealous. She needs to get over herself. Geri rules and thats it.

Mel B is not saying that she was better than Geri or any of that. Mel B back then felt that there was no reason for her to leave. And also in other interviews it tells that Geri and Mel B were always at it because they were very outspoken. But i highly doubt she was jealous. IF YOU WOULD"VE LISTENED. Geri even said part of the reason was bcuz she felt the group didn't need her anymore. It was not just a one person thing. There was way more than just the little things that caused her to leave

A Spice Girls DVD is set for release on the 4th July, so it could be the documentary. It's unknown at the moment though. Probably will be the documentary though as the tour is planned for a Christmas release.
