you have to have x box live, and when you do a quick match, it automatically updates the roster if its out of date, but if you don't have xbox live you can look up the roster updates on google and then you go to nfl rosters in the main menu on madden and do player management and when you choose a player you do edit player and go to skills and you can change them

Anyway, if you check a players ratings on the spreadsheet-like screen, look at their special catch and route running. then click the rigt stick to bring up their card. Their ratings are reversed on the card. The spreadsheet is correct, as i compared some ratings, but talk about putting out a very unpolished game. Also no playbook create option? come on EA.This may be it for me. If 2K ever puts out a football game, I'm getting it. they are better in every other sport.especially basketball.

Madden 10 ratings on PS2 is a JOKE!!! Randy Moss speed is 89 but Brian Urlacher speed is 90! Calvin Johnson speed is 87, Hines Ward speed is 93, Marcus Trufant speed is freaking 88! How about the throw accuracy ratings? A lot of QBs have accuracy ratings in the 70s and 60s. How about all the defensive lineman and linebackers having break tackle ratings in the 70s and 80s. Everyone slowed down to fake speeds. I think the people who made these ratings were on crack or something.

lol fitz has had a great career so far, he has had a all but 2 years over 1000 yds i believe. and always gets in the endzone. only difference now is that the cards started playin on prime time tv, playoffs and SB. so now more people know about him. he was always underrated. and hey, fitz came to play in post season, moss has yet to do that, fitz is also a more complete reciver, toughness, YAC, better routes and runs through the middle.
