  • great question. I have found that the kettlebell works very at developing the proper firing patterns need to for explosive hip/hip ext need especially in strongman, I am not sure about powerlifting as I am not an expert in that category.

    A specific example would be I often used KB swings as prep work prior to doing heavy stone.
