@RockWithMascara1995 Si utilizza lo spilucchino (o spelucchino) coltellino per frutta leggermente curvo. Oppure lo stiletto Thailandese. Cerca in immagini google e vedi come sono. Ciao

Nice. Maybe without the sand castle images. They didn't really make that much sense in fruit carving since knives aren't involved.
