step two: stand over a boombshield

step 3: fire a shit with the boltok

step 4: right after that. switch weapon then press x to pick up boom

Pretty sure it's still possible. I believe I was playing post title update (past Jan. 10th) when someone did this on Pavilion. I was new to the game and had no idea what was going on because I couldn't see the shield... now it's pretty clear why 1) he was walking like that and with a shotgun and 2) why shooting him point blank with a shotgun did nothing to him.

Heres a comment tut. this glitch is decently hard to perform and requires good timing. First you cant be host second throw a smoke at your feet after equiping the pistol and then right before it explodes do the old fashion weapon slide and change to the shotgun right after. if done correctly you will drop a sheild but will still have one equiped to your arm. Tada! you are now doing the Dupe sheild glitch (as i like to call it) aka sticky sheild.
