Well he wants the free market to deal with it. This idea that it's the federal governments job to do everything is pointless. If the government wants to improve the environment what they do is create wealth,because when you have money you can afford to clean up your messes. And all Americans want a cleaner environment.

yah, a carbon tax is a weak idea. I'd like the free market to deal with it too ... but where is the profit in cleaning up the environment?

Well I want a clean environment so I'd pay to keep things clean. Everyone wants a cleaner environment,but they can't afford to keep it that way.

I'll agree with you,but I think he was just using it show his strong opposition to Cap and Trade yet he should extend this video.
