The 360 is a beautiful car, but I would choose a 355 over it. For two reasons. I don't like the paddle shift-automatic gearbox. I rather have the old school manual and for the 355's sound. It is wicked.

In fact this is an important point. Why are the 355 and 360 not under 1,300kg? An R33 Skyline is about 1,350 and it seats four. Surely the engineers at Ferrari can get the weight down?

Nevertheless I agree that it's nicer than the 430 - smoother at the rear at least. I may prefer to own the 355, but what do I know, I haven't driven either!

The thing is that you learn to control a car on a racetrack, and then go to public roads, get a little bit over confident, then it starts to become dangerous. I maintain that on a controlled eviroment, when you want to have fun, paddles TC and sometimes ABS are driving spoilers, I agree with that.

I believe that ABS and TC are safety features, and are needed for roadcars of this caliber sometimes. Let me give an example; You wouldn't want to find yourself without ABS in a desperate situation when your action is only break hard or die. Or in the rain without TC. I would want the OPTION to turn the TC on when it suits the mood, and I want ABS, but I certainly DESPISE paddle shift. Of course, in a race track, you are absolutely right.

I also own a 08 BMW M5 and it is awesome as well! They both have handle differently but they are both awesome cars, I enjoy driving them equally. 360 is more precise, has more torque, feels more rigid,while M5 is plush and gets the job done! I hope I can add a 911 turbo,lotus and lambo to the collec!
