They froze me for using multiple accounts to make neopoints and I was simply hacked. I played for 4-5 years and had 5accounts with great pets. I worked VERY hard to get all my stuff. I recommend that you listen to Ggutlansky and NEVER PLAY NEOPETS unless you want HUGE amounts of time wasted so that they can freeze you for the smallest thing.
