Sears sucks....there warranties are way over priced for the same service really....sears blue crew is a joke.

I went in a Sears today to buy a pair of shoes. No cashier or sales clerk was anywhere to be found in the shoes department. I stood around over there for 15-20 minutes(maybe longer).

I finally find the shoes i want, i had to walk all the way to the other side of the store to the hardware-tools department to pay for shoes before i could find a register that was open. I bet there was not 5 cashiers in the entire store working. I saw one at the jewelry counter, electronics, kids clothes, tools.
