You could probally find udon noodles at a heathy, farmer's market ( they usually have japanese, chinese etc. foods there) Soy sauce is found in america.

her used is a called "kitchen paper" in japan.
that is japan cooking method called "otoshi-buta" it mean "drop a cover" .

if you don't mind of it ,that not necessary tool.
