Decriminalization takes those excuses away. If anyone who is not medical is caught with more than 2OZ's then they pay a ticket. Their is your tax. When government and big business get involved quality drops, and price goes up. Agriculture licences will make sure of that. There will only be a few growers, big.

Here in Spokane though even though all the store fronts were forced to close things are very nice almost exactly like spokane.
