how would you compare the sound of these to a tele and a strat....I'de like one but not sure if it would be much different...be interested in opinions....

Yea I'm wondering the exact same thing. I'm debating between the two and this one almost seems to "stratty" for me but then again I'm used to P90's, I just like this body style a little bit better.
