Needs more lighter fluid! LOL. Lighter fluid is designed to only burn at a high temperature. Regular lighters don't usually reach that temp so you need a BBQ lighter or some flaming paper...

And yes, those electrolytic capacitors explode. They're even better when you soak them in gasoline and send 120v through them... Or just over-volt them like that other guy probably did. >;)
