The music has been reinstated ! This was SILENT at one time, with one of the notices that due to copyright infringement it could not be used. That was why I said I had no way of knowing what the music was, though I could have learned by watching the film on DVD, I guess.

I have no way of knowing what music was over this, but as old as many of Astaire's films are, some of it should now be in public domain. I wonder if some of these publishers are intimidating YouTube with threats of lawsuits regarding music to which they no longer have rights.

I think the music is Artie Shaw and obviously 'Begin the Beguine'. About 3 minutes of head to toe shot. These days its a millisecond of something bouncing then cut, - because they CANT DO IT!. Fred and partners done it time and time again. Those were the days!
