@dualcaster They don't count because Motomiya Daisuke's V-mon never evolved into them. The most famous V-Dramon and Aero V-Dramon are Zeromaru from V-Tamer 01, and he's implied in various situations to be a glitched Greymon who evolved from an Agumon in a Digital Monster Ver. 1.

In fact, V-Dramon's design is even based off of Greymon's original design from the one shot, "C'mon Digimon".

I remember this one. Personally, out of the first four digimon series, Digimon Adventure 2 was the second worst one with Digimon Frontier being the worst of all. Seriously? Armor Digivolution, DNA Digivolution and Fighter Mode were all terrible. The first series was miles ahead of this one and Digimon Tamers was even better than this series.

@Lunarikko The evolutions are actually great in ZeroTwo. There are better reasons not to like ZeroTwo, like the plot holes.

Jogress was nothing new. It's a year older than the first Digimon Adventure.

And Armour Shinka is well documented in the 02 story line and in Tag Tamers.

Fighter Mode, in my opinion, was to dissimulate that Digimon who evolve using Digi-Cores never start out at their full potential. The same thing happens later with Beelzebumon and his Blast Mode in Tamers.

But I'm pretty sure that that blue dragon that flies into Piledramon is just a personification of Qīng Lóngmon's Digi-core (or maybe even a stylised version of Qīng Lóngmon).

That particular film is most likely canon to the anime, because it follows Our War Game which ZeroTwo is in canon with. The ZeroTwo gang (and the international Chosen) became Chosen Children because they all witnessed the fight between Omegamon and Diablomon as mentioned in the anime. Ken (who was with Ryo at the time) also witnessed the fight, which is why he became a Chosen.

Mhmm, it's mentioned that seeing the fight between Agumon/Greymon and Parrotmon in Digimon Adventure enabled the original Chosen Children to be Chosen Children, like Our War Game did for the ZeroTwo Chosen.

That wasn't Geo Greymon though. That was just another Greymon. (watch closely) Geo Greymon didn't exist back then =P He first appeared in Digimon Next which came out 6 years later.

@lostleadge11 Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure that the only official game that you can get Chibimon (dub "DemiVeemon") in, is Digimon Adventure 02: Tag Tamers, although I think (not positive) that he could've been in D1 Tamers too. Either way, neither game was released in the US.

Remembered: There's also Digital Monster: D-Project, which wasn't released in the US either, but if you can find a copy, it's very easy to play and there's a guide to help you start on GameFAQs.

@ThePhilaboy2 You can kind of already do that. If you have a D-3 Ver 1 or V-Mon version, and the WS game Digimon Adventure 02: Tag Tamers or D1 Tamers, you can Jogress Metal Greymon and Pile Dramon into War Greymon (WS) and Imperial Dramon (D-3), but I don't think that's what you mean.

Fla Dramon is an Armour level Digimon and a Level IV Digimon. War Greymon is a Final level Digimon. There are no known Jogresses of that type, so they probably wouldn't be able to Jogress directly.

@tubeguy918 A little late, but Piledramon is right [Pile driver + Dramon]. They do spell it "Paildramon" in the dub, but who really knows what a Pail is? =P

He says "Mega Digivolve" because he originally says "Kyuukyokutai Shinka", meaning Ultimate-body Evolution. (The "Mega" level is actually named the Ultimate-body level.)

It's just a way to differentiate what level he's evolving into. Similarly Adult Digimon originally say "Chou Shinka", meaning Super Evolution, when evolving to Perfect.
