yeah that's a good way to make free kicks as long as you spend loooots of hours in practice :) this "trick" exists from PES5, by then you could even score from the middle of the field (!)as long as you had a powerful striker, like Adriano, and you pressed 2 times L1+R1 ;)

It looks good but trust me training mode and games are different. In the game the players are affected by fatigue and more and they react quicker when somebody pushes the ball to kick it. If you don't believe me play VS Mode 2 Players against yourself, get free kicks in the same area multiple times and see how many you score.
