For the record, they're called Quads due to the number of drums on the rack he's carrying. It's just 4 tom-toms hence the name "Quads", if it were 5 tom-toms then they would be Quints. Simple. Tenor Drums are individually mounted, they're not on a rack you can carry.

who are you to say that, tenors are everything a snare has and more. alot of the time tenors take the same very part as the snares and play it across the drums to have somewhat of a MELODY, they also have cross overs and sweeping when snares just play on one drum.

but in the video the snare is better than the tenor player, because of what i saw the tenor wasn't doin that hard of stuff, although it was a cool drum duel.

Judging your drumming from your own videos, you are not good. Your chops are sloppy and lagging, you strike drums wrongly and you are going the right way to be getting carpel tunnel or tendonitis. You are in position to pass judgment on any drummers until your own skills improve. The judges who have seen you play must have had a really bad batch of drummers, just your lucky day.
