It's not a game of rock-papers-scissors where the best 2 out of 3 wins. If Franken had won the first election by 200 or so votes than the opposition would be legally entitled to a recount and if Norm Coleman had won that recount you bet your ass this conversation would be happening with you on the other end.

Later reports noted that he had won because a large number of convicted felons voted despite not having the legal clearing to do so. If Franken was an ethical man true to his attacks on Bush, he would have resigned and called for a new election to set the record straight.

A recount would yield a different result numerically most of the time. The fact that people don't see this just shows how much ideology is blinding them.

It's not a game of rock-papers-scissors where the best 2 out of 3 wins. If Franken had won the first election by 200 or so votes than the opposition would be legally entitled to a recount and if Norm Coleman had won that recount you bet your ass this conversation would be happening with you on the other end.
The rules were written before the election and they don't favor anybody. To change them because you don't like the results is something sore losers do.

First of all, the media is not left leaning, it's just been asserted that it is for so long people believe it.
My issue with Fox isn't just that they're right-leaning. It's that they misrepresent and distort the news in order to promote their agenda to people too stupid to see through it.
I'm just as much against MSNBC for the same issues. However, while they lean left and give a stage to people with left ideals, at least they aren't purposely misrepresenting what really happened.

Which is why everyone would win if the USA got rid of the "two party-system". Ron Paul has several good ideas, and he makes sense in a lot of areas, I think it's great that he's a senator. And that's coming from someone voting for Nader.
Why? Because it's not all as simple as "left and right". Both Democrats and Republicans are center-right, with a liking for authoritarianism.
Nader & Ron Paul however, with very different views on the economy, can agree on a lot of social issues.
