I've had an ongoing love affair with the Theremin as an instrument for years. I am so glad they do make them still. I have seen some beautiful ones made with the radio tubes back in the day and love that this is the great grandfather of electronic music! Originally thought to be used in orchestral music, but was pigeon holed early on for sound effects. Gianni is my hero for playing it today!
