I interviewed Xin and Jae about a half hour before closing -- you can see people in the background filing out during the interview -- and they let us film for about 30 minutes while they cleaned up. Xin and Jae trained there a lot and seemed to know the manager.

How do you get your front flip to look like that it is something that needs a loot of training when you already can do a front flip?

Work on you vert and slowly start to layout more and more on your front flip. A break down on the move is you jump out really far then tuck at the last moment and land.
