@jordog12 always possible that something breaks down(to bad in 1 month, glad you have warranty), i've got a ps3 too and it still works great, and it's almost 1 year old, even a ps3 can break down, but it's still a fact that a xbox 360 breaks way too much and way too fast, especially the two first gens with the samsung or hitachi drive with the shitty motherboards.

@feki122 not realy bro. i bought it from a friend and he opend it(brand new dont ask why) so im trying to fix it myself. i still love my xbox way more just my opinion tho. i have the benq philips drive and it wouldnt open one day so i got pissed and ripped it out(dumb mistake) so i got sodder a new drive and its fixed. but my ps3s problem is video wont show up on screen no matter what i do.......component or hdmi. i cant figure out whats up with it lol

@jordog12 , hmm, sometimes i wanna rip the dvd thingy out 2 :P just because, sometimes it reading games, but mostly not, kinda shitty, but maby it's your friend fault by taking it apart, and that he forgot some connection between something, or maybe it overheated, hard 2 tell, does it shows a yellow light? , and did you try the reset option? (when standby, press the powerbutton and hold it for kinda 5 sec and he will beep, then let the powerbutton, this will reset your hdmi and that kinda stuff)

I used to disassemble my PS2 to give it a clean but there is no chance I'll be doing that with the PS3, not only does it look 50 times more complicated it is also a much more expensive AND intricate machine than the PS2.

Since u r talking about graphics, yes, the beta graphics were lack-luster, but if u look at the first halo 3 showing, that was the actual engine running, so look forward to somthing that looks like that. as for mgs4, sony has a way of overhyping things...cough, killzone 2, motorstorm. I have seen actual mgs4 gameplay, if u were hoping for graphics like the trailer, then u will be disappointed, but it will be fun none the less as will halo 3.
