well check out the obvious square in the centre of the bill board directly behind him at 13-14 you will find that is where they conceal the frame to which he is attatched, he is sitting in the wrong trousers so to speak, the rods run up the bent leg to fixate him to the board as do the rest of the frame, up to his waist and down his free leg to evenly distribute the weight, or he would simply do a 180 flip and be up-side-down. so there.

looks to me like a thin metal pole goes thru his right trainer up to his right knee and then runs up his right thigh to a waist brace... if you look closely at 22secs, there appears to be something from poster going in to his right heel...

Everybody knows it's no real that's why he's an "illusionist". How did he do it? Well I think the lower body isn't real. Notice how they it doesn't move, AT ALL. They probably built a hollow lower body statue, fixed it to the wall and he's just standing in it.

Mabey he has attactched the shoe to the board and just leans on his foot thats why his arms are not moving and he isn't doing much to keep his balance
