@Jam24511 Well, he was asked a question about how qualified he and Barney were to be astronauts and he said they'd be fine so long as they didn't go to the Planet of the Apes. Then after remembering the Statue of Liberty scene, he remembered that it was future Earth hence why he got angry. The whole scene was meant to show how unqualified he was to be an astronaut.
