The Organization had good goals, but it's just how they acheived their goals that was bad. I know they wanted to be whole, but really, guys they were stealing other people's hearts in order to become whole, you have to admit that's bad. That's why Sora needed to stop them.

now look at it this way, in Kh Final Mix 2 all the Organization members are alive and live in area called the Cave of Rememberance. each area contains their element which makes them stronger and they're strong already. so, now who would win?
Hmmmm, well since they are all alive and, because I unfortunatly had bought KH2 a few months before final mix came out, have never played final mix, my friend is supposed to let me borrow it, than I would say that the 13(maybe 12, is it 12 at the time?) members would easily pwn the Akatsuki through number, bet who knows? But I guess since the Akatsuki are all extremly powerful as compared to some of the semi-crappy Org XIII members, the Akatsuki WOULD probably win since they have(as you said) some of the most powerful people in the show on their side
Well (as of like, 1 or 2 weeks ago) both side have lost the majority of their members, and if we were saying current Akatsuki vs. Beginning of KH2 OrgXIII, I'd have to say OrgXIII since now Akatsuki has lost

Sasori, Orochimaru,(no big loss) Hidan, Kakuzu, and Deidara, and with only Itachi, Kisame, Pein, Zetsu, Madara, and the Un-named, their at a disadvantage
But you have to take into consideration how powerful the Akatsuki are. I mean, they did have one of the legendary Sannin(Orochimaru) in their organization and they went toe-to-toe with another Sannin(Jiraiya) Plus, you'd have to look at all of their individual abilities. Wait, why can't the Akatsuki have all of their people when the Organization can?
They can't, on the Akatsuki side there would be Pein, the un-named, Zetsu, Itachi, Kisame, and Tobi/Madara. The organization would have Demyx, Axel, Luxord, Xigbar, Xemnes, Saix, and Xaldin since the beginning of KH2 is a good point to go from.

Eh...But in Sora saving the world he killed innocent souls trying to get there heart back so that they could be whole. The only Organization member that will ever prevail is Roxas, and I think that is quite stupid. But then again people. It's just a game.

I guess they were a little obscure and obnoxious. I am a little annoyed at how many anti-sora people there are now though, he was just saving the world, and minus Demyx, Axel, Roxas, maybe Saix, and perhaps some other members I haven't seen yet on CoM, all the members deserved their fate.
I really liked Saix too. He wasn't really bad, just mislead. His desire for a heart is probably what led him to fight Sora and follow Mans- I mean Xemnas. >_>;

See, Square need to make more hate-able villains. I wanted to cry almost every time I killed one of those guys! ( With the exception of Xaldin , Marluxia, and Larxene, they did ask for it.) Demyx I saw no point to killing. And uprisingly, I was not cheering when I killed Saix. His last words just....hurt.
I noticed that Sora didn't really seem too broken up about killing the Nobodies. The entire reason is because he beleived they didn't have hearts. They were less than him. That's sort of... well, evil. I wish square would have expanded on that idea. That they're actually killing the Somebody's body along with the Nobody.
I agree D; Organization XIII is what made KH cooler ;o; I used to adore Sora but now, I think my opinion has changed some bit. Sora just stands there and watches each member fade away with barely a sign of emotion. I can't believe Sora didn't feel anything after killing at least...-counts-...7 of them. He's a murderer, I tell you! -shakes fist- I hope that they come back in Kh3. They better D<
KH3 is going to be a prequel, so they may make appearences as Somebodies. I know Ienzo(Zexion) is going to appear... but not so sure about the rest.
My least favorite fight was Demyx. He was so cheery and goofy and... bipolar, but that's not the point! He was nice and didn't really seem to want to fight.

I think it's only a rumor, but it seems to be largely supported by the fanbase. It may have been confirmed in an interview with Nomura... >_> -goes off searching-
I don't think Sora really meant to destroy any Organization member, minus Xemnes, but we have to keep in mind, they were kinda screwing with a lot of people(cough,cough,Xaldin,cough,cough,Xemnes) and Sora was just trying to rescue Kairi and put everything back the way it should be, also, I guess the CoM XIII members aren't getting much remorse eh?
:(For the Organization members, only a few of their deaths made me feel horrible the only 3 that were a bitter-sweet ending for me were Axel, Demyx, and Roxas(and maybe Saix) but some of the others I can't help but enjoy their deaths, such as Xaldin and Xemnes. Their burning in video game hell now and I shed no tear for their fate. That's just my opinion though, of course Xemnes is an asshole, but as for Xaldin, I just don't like him since he's a cheap fighter and he's a butt.
Really, why did they have to die, they did only want hearts, is that such a bad thing? No. And Sora REALLY needs to stop volentering for such small things.
Example: Old lady's cat stuck in a tree, asks Sora while he's trying to save the world, what does he say: "Sure, we'll get your cat out of the tree."

2 things. (Nothing bad ;D) I think that I laugh maniacally when I fight Xaldin cuz the Adrenaline of dodging around so much gets to me. And Marluxia is evil in a (straight as a rainbow) sort of way. If you read the KHCOM manga you'll see what I mean.
After replaying the game I apologize when fighting Axel and laugh manically when fighting Xaldin. O.o Even though Saix gave me a rough time I felt bad when he was asking for his heart and dissappearing at the same time.
This was a good song for them. I do feel sorry for all the nobodies. All they wanted was to exist and their only crime was interfering with other worlds! I cried when Axel died too. They only want their hearts...Sora, why did you have to kill them?

I hate Kingdom Hearts, you bitch and you know that because I have had to repeat myself for nearly 6 months now that I think KH sucks and I like Naruto and One Piece better! And believe me, you would hate it too if it is YOUR game and you spent three days on it and your still not that far then your brother spends three days on it and he's beaten the whole game! And he ruins everything which makes me not ever want to play again!

Eh...But in Sora saving the world he killed innocent souls trying to get there heart back so that they could be whole. The only Organization member that will ever prevail is Roxas, and I think that is quite stupid. But then again people. It's just a game.

Its not emo its just depressing, and that's beside the point. Which is that (almost) no Org. XIII member should have died. But I guess no one really does miss and Chain of Memories XIII members. I guess they were a little obscure and obnoxious. I am a little annoyed at how many anti-sora people there are now though, he was just saving the world, and minus Demyx, Axel, Roxas, maybe Saix, and perhaps some other members I haven't seen yet on CoM, all the members deserved their fate.

I really liked Saix too. He wasn't really bad, just mislead. His desire for a heart is probably what led him to fight Sora and follow Mans- I mean Xemnas. >_>;

See, Square need to make more hate-able villains. I wanted to cry almost every time I killed one of those guys! ( With the exception of Xaldin , Marluxia, and Larxene, they did ask for it.) Demyx I saw no point to killing. And uprisingly, I was not cheering when I killed Saix. His last words just....hurt.

I noticed that Sora didn't really seem too broken up about killing the Nobodies. The entire reason is because he beleived they didn't have hearts. They were less than him. That's sort of... well, evil. I wish square would have expanded on that idea. That they're actually killing the Somebody's body along with the Nobody.

I agree D; Organization XIII is what made KH cooler ;o; I used to adore Sora but now, I think my opinion has changed some bit. Sora just stands there and watches each member fade away with barely a sign of emotion. I can't believe Sora didn't feel anything after killing at least...-counts-...7 of them. He's a murderer, I tell you! -shakes fist- I hope that they come back in Kh3. They better D<

KH3 is going to be a prequel, so they may make appearences as Somebodies. I know Ienzo(Zexion) is going to appear... but not so sure about the rest.
My least favorite fight was Demyx. He was so cheery and goofy and... bipolar, but that's not the point! He was nice and didn't really seem to want to fight.

And I cannot agree more about the fight with Demyx. I was making an attempt not to cry when I had to see him get killed ;-; He seemed the least evil of the Organization, and he was so adorable! >u< Tis very true, I really didn't think he wanted to fight at all. And if given the chance, he could be a really nice guy u_u;;

I don't think Sora really meant to destroy any Organization member, minus Xemnes, but we have to keep in mind, they were kinda screwing with a lot of people(cough,cough,Xaldin,cough,cough,Xemnes) and Sora was just trying to rescue Kairi and put everything back the way it should be, also, I guess the CoM XIII members aren't getting much remorse eh?

:(For the Organization members, only a few of their deaths made me feel horrible the only 3 that were a bitter-sweet ending for me were Axel, Demyx, and Roxas(and maybe Saix) but some of the others I can't help but enjoy their deaths, such as Xaldin and Xemnes. Their burning in video game hell now and I shed no tear for their fate. That's just my opinion though, of course Xemnes is an asshole, but as for Xaldin, I just don't like him since he's a cheap fighter and he's a butt.

Really, why did they have to die, they did only want hearts, is that such a bad thing? No. And Sora REALLY needs to stop volentering for such small things.
Example: Old lady's cat stuck in a tree, asks Sora while he's trying to save the world, what does he say: "Sure, we'll get your cat out of the tree."
No one wants to do little stupid things for people who can do it themselves! Go die in a well Sora, we hate you for killing Org. XII

Well think about it if someone took the person you liked (Kairi for Sora X-D) you would usually try everything you could to save them.
I'm not saying that I don't like Orginzation XII I love them (only if I play KH:CoM) so yea...

2 things. (Nothing bad ;D) I think that I laugh maniacally when I fight Xaldin cuz the Adrenaline of dodging around so much gets to me. And Marluxia is evil in a (straight as a rainbow) sort of way. If you read the KHCOM manga you'll see what I mean.

After replaying the game I apologize when fighting Axel and laugh manically when fighting Xaldin. O.o Even though Saix gave me a rough time I felt bad when he was asking for his heart and dissappearing at the same time.
