Vice City Stories was my personal favorite GTA game because is had the best story out of all of them. It was about a guy who cared about things and had a purpose behind what he was doing, he wasn't just killing people because some mob boss told him to. Great game, everyone.

One thing i'm surprised you didn't mention was the fact that you can swim. I really hated that you had all those cheap deaths in Vice City when you feel in the water or drove into the water. Still vice city is one of my favorite games ever.
