He also showered part of his face to Sasuke and you can clearly see he has wrinkles, suggesting he is older. Obito died when he was 13, and 1-2 years later when the Kyuubi attacked the village, Tobi is shown to be an adult, not 14-15. Also, Obito's mangekyou sharingan can transport objects; we don't see Tobi using mangekyou when he transports himself.
