Honestly, I've seen crazy combos with megaman and ryu and even juggernaut. If your gonna pick low tier, show off some damn skill, and let's leave the corner camping method to the pros with sentinel k :) actually hit each other.
Those aren't low enough. To win is all. Show off some damn skill? High-tiered character users usually get confused and clumsy when they use weak characters, so it's very easy for people to just talk and criticise all the time, including you.
This is why MegaMan's not in MVC3.
