  • I don't have a gym ball what can I do instead?

  • i have a question

in week 2 you do the same program that we did on week 1 plus the program of week 2 or we just do the week 2 program?????

  • @n5on Great question. You do ONLY the workout for that week; in this case week 2.

  • @kodjoworkout thx

  • @n5on You're welcome man

  • do you want to help me

  • hey thanks for all your video but I'm still lean and will ok so strong that you think will go

  • It's a good program but the only flaw I see with some of the exercises is that you already have to be in good shape to perform it because the intervals are to long from the first week, but if you star with 10 sec instead

  • thx bro i can tell this work out really is gonna work after the first day i already had trouble taking off my shoes. Thanks again

  • First of all, are you to give work out advice and is this 4 week work out plan scientifically proven and supported by professional trainers? And also what if i don't have that big ball thing, what can i do?

  • @mtlprodigy1 well if you read the comments a lot of people are thanking him so it must work.

  • @ic3c0ld97 Well said ;-)

  • thank you for sharing your knowledge. really great tips! please keep on posting.

  • @chatnoir77777777777 Many thanks!

  • can i use only the first week training to all my weeks? thanks.

  • @DJKittyOfficial No, your body will get used to the same workout done 4 times (4 weeks in a row). That's why you have to vary the routines.

  • @kodjoworkout thank you, but would it be good if i did it every morning and before i go too bed?

  • sorry for all the questions, but is this also for losing weight?

  • @DJKittyOfficial Yes my friend.

  • @kodjoworkout Thank you! i subbed :D

  • @DJKittyOfficial Much appreciated

  • 4 week gicve you good result if you wanna get a bit ripped ? Nice vid throught =)

  • @OmegaReach If you put in serious work, you will get serious results in 4 weeks yes.

  • @kodjoworkout thanks =) nice body throught ( no homo)

  • you got that body by training at home ?? nice !

  • @Ludinho27 You bet ;-)

  • greta vid..i cant wait to start this and i have 1 question ..do u have to the the workouts 3 times if not what do u mean by 3x?

  • @bmxboy200 Thank you - Yea you got it. What I simply mean is that after you finish each routine, take a 10 to 30 sec break and do it again 3 times.

  • Fantastic work my friend! I'm with you 100%. this is the way forward!

    all the best

    Luis Sarabia

  • @ernestosarabia Thanks very much Luis!

  • Aaaawright I m gonna get started on this right now:D curious how long i m gonna last! I m pretty fit already, only the tuesday programm scares me, not a big fan of running but guess for four weeks that should be doable:)

I don t actually wanna build up many visible muscles just get fit again.... that s still the right workout for me right? well looks bout right, i ll c what happens^^ thx for posting it:)

  • @gnya1 - Thanks for the comment; I'm not a big fan of running either (and you'll see that through my other videos) but the Tuesday routine is not JUST a straight run - it's segmented in intervals of highs and lows, and that's what tricks the body into burning much (much) more fat than it usually does.

  • looks like a great program, gonna start it tomorro. think it will be ok doing this in the morning and weight lifting in the evening or other way round? only doing the weights 3 or 4 days a week though

  • @steve4140 Yes, but you have to let your body ALWAYS recover from a workout. Morning and evening workouts can be a bit much; remember, muscles grow when we rest, not when we are at the gym!

  • I'll begin this program starting tomorrow.... but I have some questions :)

Do I have to warm up on a treadmill or something before I start the Monday workouts ? or should I start immediately ?

And can I use a stationary bike to do the high intensity cardio ?

Thanks your videos are awesome man. keep up the good work :)))

  • @MidBeast - Thanks for the good words. I would suggest you warm up for 5-10 min by stretching and performing light jumping jack moves. Also doing yoga routines such as "Cobra pose" and "Downward Facing Dog" exercises before the main workouts should warm up your muscles in a good way.

  • @kodjoworkout Thanks..... You know you're one of the few people that need to be noticed more here on youtube..... Good luck

  • @MidBeast - Much appreciated my man, really do.
