Top African distance runners do not practise POSE or any other method. They just run a lot, and in that huge amount of mileage over years and years their technique becomes more efficient. Also they run on a variety of terraine, and in the early years at least they do not wear shoes.
@9tonite Are you trying to run better or run like a top African distance runner? There are other top distance runners you know. Feel free to simply log in the miles and hope for the best. Or you can learn how to do smth and go from there.
I've found hip extensor strength and tightness in the hip flexors to be perhaps THE key to avoiding knee pain while running Pose. These exercises are also excellent full core challenges, helping to assure that nice posture that enables the fall forward from the ankles. Very nice, thanks Nick!
