Pretty simple. The barrel is made from sonotube. Cut ply wood to the proper diameter to create the orifice. We created a baffle from material similar to parachute material, fixed the baffle to 3 or 4 bunge cord on one side and a rope on the other side then filled the front of the barrel with smoke from a smoke machine, pulled back on the rope and let it go.
