  • BULSHIT DONT BUY THIS CRAP, I GOT A 2009 MAZDA TRIBUTE ALL YOU CAN HEAR IS NOISE LACK OF POWER, IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS CAR, ITS ACTUALY FORD WITH MAZDA BADGE

  • the engine on the 2008-2011 Mazda Tribute

    Engine

    2.5L MZR I4

    3.0L AJ V6

  • These Tributes aren't as common as the Escape, but I still managae to see one evry single day!!!! I think it's cuz it's one of the cars I want, It's haunting me! LOL

  • i am actually gona trade in my honda accord for this, bigger, better, and an SUV

  • This is not a Mazda. This is a bomb

  • be aware of this viehicle,(model 2009) around 40k miles tranny may go down. If u do not have manufacturer extended warranty u ----

  • no navigation,,,,i wont prefer this car

  • before these were compact suv's, why are they now called crossovers?

  • BUYER BEWARE OF MAZDA TRIBUTE 2009!

I have a 2009 Tribute and a paint peeling mess on mine on the hood!

Mazda wants nothing to do w/me now that I have a problem.

Mazda Tribute 2009's were also recalled on a transmission part I had to take and get that replaced after only a few months of having the suv! Now the transmission still has a problem with shifting roughly a few times a month.

My Mazda Tribute 2009 also had to go in a few months ago for a very bad leaking back window!

  • I like the styling of the Tribute alittle bit more than the Escape

  • I'd push one of these any day! LOL

  • 2010

  • i got this for my 16th birthday i love it

  • @jcarroll1593 what year did you get? there is one for sale in my area for $4500 and its a 2005 with 137,000 miles on it. i'm considering it, but not sure

  • DATED

  • redesign*

  • they need to restyle this car.

  • @usama1119 yeah, badly

  • so does this have a ford engine? like whatre the differences? cuz if their arent differences then u might as well call this a ford...

  • I believe the 2.5L 4cyl. engine is jointly developed by Mazda and Ford. This must be an older review as the new Tributes (and Escapes) have the upgraded engines and 6sp. transmissions since 2009.

  • We are thinking of buying one too. But we're definitely not getting a V4. 4-cylinders don't go well with SUV's.

  • well its called an i4 not v4 and i4's are more reliable than v6's

  • if your buying a second hand SUV get a saturn Vue V6 250hp from 2004 to 2007 they use a honda 3.5L with honda 5spd auto

  • @gathy222 get a Ford Escape! They look nicer and all of the features you have to buy with the tribute come free in the Escape!

  • Comment removed

  • why is it offered with 4wd if it's not supposed to go offroad?

  • for bad weather.

  • lol

  • well, i love my Mazda 6, SOOO BEAUTIFUL IN WHITE!!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!

  • good car!

  • They still make this car?

  • haha i was thinking the same thing ;)

  • I was considering buying a 2008 V6 4x4... they're alot cheaper then the Mariner and the Escape, not 100% for sure if I will buy one or not.

  • u should go for it. it has better resale value
