The material sprayed on the mold is called gelcoat which is mixed with mekp (hardner). After it dries you pour on the marble mix which consists of approx. 20% resin, 80% limestone (marble dust), hardner, and whatever color combo you want. Your working time can be adjusted by the amount of hardner added, resin to limestone ratio, and the temperature. Hope this helps.

i would not call it shitty but no very fast. you only have 15 min to poor :S how would you poor a top, a showerbase and a panel set at the same time? we produce about 5 to 6 tops a day and 2 tub sets, 3 panels each. we are a 3 person team tho. i would like to see how you make custom shower bases to. and is everything you do custom? we have standard sizes like 49x22 and 37x19 and like 20 other ones.
