Lou is the best singer in bluegrass, and doesnt get half the credit he deserves....his tenor vocals are better than anyones!

i mean, i love dan tyminski, don rigsby and russel moore....but none of them compare to lou. I just wish he would get nomintated for ibma male vocalist of the year and win!

oh I know exactly what you mean. There are a lot of great male vocalists in bluegrass but Lou is so distinct and always right on the money and his harmony is impecible.

I was referring to the type of music Lou learned from his early days with Doyle. Doyle is a master at a capella. Have you ever heard of Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver?
