I'm using this monitor for more then half a year and I'm pretty amazed.

The colors are nice, stand is very good, nice design, thin & light, easy to setup with the "starlight" buttons.

It's one of the best monitors for that price range, I think

i have got samsung synce master p2370ms i have connected my pc with Dvi and Hd setup box with Hdmi. I have workstation graphic card nvidis FX1700 which is connected to the monitor. I was using Viewsonic va2226a which was a very nice monitor. I'm getting problems when i start the game as monitor goes blank and get display message no signal or no Dvi detected. So kindly tell me how to fix it

You should have gotten the P2370HD, as a pose to the P2370. The HD version has a TV tuner, Component video, Composite video, HDMI, DVI, and VGA. Also comes with an awesome remote. The P2370 only has VGA, HDMI, and DVI, no remote.

People think 1920x1200 is the optimal resolution because HP and Dell were out first with these res, before hd became common world over, but they are not the people who call shots, its the cinema studios and lcd manufacturer's like Sony, Samsung and Panasonic etc and they choose 1920x1080 which is going to become the optimal res...even hp and dell are now slowly shifting...

The intersting thing is that P2370 is way better in color quality and response time. It has no ghosting and theres almost no frame rate loss while the P2370HD version would probably all assume its the same version but with HDMI support but it actually isnt. It has worse color quality and has ghosting.

If you want just to use for computer get the P2370 model its way better!!!

If your going to hook ur 360 up to a monitor I'd recomend buying an Asus 22/23/24" monitor. It has a HDMI input and and audio jack out (to connect to your speakers). Just make sure you have a HDMI cable and your all ready to go

For all you retards out there, the HD version features a bunch more inputs along with HDMI, tv tuner, and 300 cd/m2 brightness compared to 250 cd/m2 for the basic edition. The resolution is the same. The contrast ratio is the same. The response time is the same. Because it says HD on the label doesn't mean its got a better picture quality. Get learned.

Hi did you have any troubles getting your mac to output 1080p in to this. Im just going to comet not to get one and am planning to use it with one of the new mac minis (Displayport to DVI) and a PS3. Nice video, I watched it to get a feel of how big 23" is, and thank you for having a Macbook Pro + cat there to aid in scale.

The following is how I understand the terminology: 2ms...well they don't specify if this is g2g, but I'd assume so. Even if was 2ms from white to black or 0ms for everything ever, you're still capped by the framerate of the medium. I believe I'm thinking this correctly. Example: 60Hz = 60fps = 1second/60frames = 0.0167 seconds per new frame. 0.0167 seconds = 16.7ms.

Works great with a Mac. The colours are somewhat different, and i haven't calibrated it so it resembles my Mac's scheme. But Samsung's default "SyncMaster" looks good nonetheless
