  • yeeeeeeeeeea july 13 is my birthday i was 5 years old wen this commercial was made

  • random mets mascot at 0:16 lol

  • @hrphotoman7 and @avalsonline2: STFU! This isn't a video about KOs political views, it's about Dan Patrick remembering working with KO the SPORTSCENTER ANCHOR. I don't mind good political discussion, but for god sakes, limit it to the appropriate channels of communication. Have you checked your inbox on your YouTube account ever? It has this feature called Compose which lets you send messages to other YTers. Use it.

  • hilarious.

  • 13 days after I was born they were in the cafeteria

  • Ahh...back when I liked Olberman...

  • These two guys together were the best! So witty and funny. It's a shame they had to part.

  • i've grown up a Mets fan all my life, and I feel bad for not knowing why... but why is Mr.Met in this....

  • Mr Met's reaction is priceless!

  • Gotta hand it to steve levy... that is a head of hair if i've ever seen one.

  • lol...i woulda just ordered the corn bread if I'd known this would happen. Classic

  • did u see mr. met in the background

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! too funny

  • "he comes right at you" with steroids...

  • Plz someone explain this to me, n dnt b rude i jst didnt understand n yes i am a fan of ESPN n Sportscenter not sum noob who jst likes the commercial

  • @kels800 Years ago when Olberman was an ESPN anchor one of his common phrases during basketball recaps was "Biscuit in the basket." The flashback clip is from when he finished up his last show as an anchor with Dan Patrick.

  • @WirePaladin thnk u

  • Somebody please post "The Many Haircuts of Dan Patrick" commercial, its hilarious.

  • Mr. Met! :)

  • Olbermann will always be an idiot loon

  • @cam1126 awww, still sore about all the criticism he gave to your boy, george???? really? well, at the risk of being a loon, let me just say, yes, holding prisoners without charges, invading countries for no good reason and subverting the constitution and the habeas corpus is unamerican.

  • @avalsonline2 are you sure you're not talking about O?

  • @hrphotoman7obama? sure he does the same thing now. howeverm he has george bush to thank for all the powers he has been given. thats the beauty, is it not. george bush established the prison in guantananmo, holds prisoners without trial, allows torture, cancels the writ of habeas corpus AND bails out the banks. but the tea party and the republicans really do not care until a democrat does the same damn thing. frankly, my dear it is people like that that are loons, not olberman.

  • @avalsonline2 Well, BO did sign into law the 2011 defense authorization bill preventing prisoner transfers from GTMO but at least you admit O's faults. Of course BO ran on eliminating all of these powers and "crimes" but hey, he's just a politician. Now, back to KO, yes he is a loon. You do realize he is a well documented misogynist, phobia nut right?

  • @hrphotoman7 mysogynist and aphobia nut? where is it documented?

  • @avalsonline2 Google search. Salon.com, Huffpo both have his anti-women statements and rhetoric. Neither, or course, are right wing media outlets as to avoid bias.

  • @hrphotoman7 well ,then it is a shame that it took a mysogynist and a nut to speak up against the GOP abuses of power before any of the so called "patriots" tea partiers did.

besides, when olberman calls paris hilton a slut (a true statement) then he is a mysoginist. when ted nugent says he wants to put a barel of a gun into hillary clinton's cunt, he gets invited to fox news. so, really, quit pretending that this is about olberman's mysoginy. you disagree with his politics, nothing more.

  • @avalsonline2 First, you're implying causality with the ted nugent reference. As if his comment got him invited on fox. Second, if you believe KO's misogyny begins and ends with a paris hilton comment, you're not doing your due diligence. Most importantly, you're truly misinformed about the tea party. There was, albeit small, a serious group on the right who were opposed to W's naked power grab and the GOP's spending as a whole as far back as the '04 general election. The media liked us then.

  • @hrphotoman7 causality does not matter. nugent said what he said, and he was defended by hanity and later invited to the show. may not have been because of the comment, but fox news had no problem with his mysoginy. and yes, the tea party was very small up until a democrat took office. so, what does that say? do the majority really care about gov accountability, or are they simply opposing a democrat? like i said, of all the media personalities KO was most vociferous against the gop pow grab.

  • @avalsonline2 Your hypocrisy is showing though. Where is your outrage at KO for his sexist remarks? Where is your outrage at BO for doubling down on W's "illegal" anti-terror policy? Where is your outrage at MSNBC for allowing KO a voice and his own show? Fox at least didn't give nugent his own show. Who is the most vociferous in the left wing media at the current administration's power grab? It doesn't exist. In fact, according to the left, he's not grabbing enough.

  • Keith ....proves he is as inept as a sportscaster as he is a journalist! Hopefully can get demoted to weather anchor next...

  • Good ole' Keith....they gave him a red card

  • Keith rocks: in sports and political commentary.

  • @rmleider - in sports - yes. in politics.......he should stick with sports!

  • I'm glad Dan stayed in sports. I don't understand how people can watch Olbermann Now.. I can't stomach any of the Political entertainment shows, seems like smoke and mirrors.

  • i'm over keith...

  • dont get it?

  • Look at "The Met" behind Dan... he changes locations between camera angles. From when he's just checking out something, then when he notice something's wrong with Dan.

  • If there was no ESPN I don't know what other channel I would watch. I love sports so much that I wake up everyday to go to college and the First thing I watch on TV is ESPN. ESPN FOR LIFE

  • well at Least Dan and Keith back together on NBC sports football night of america pregame show

  • I thought Kilborn also said "biscut in the basket"... usually during hockey highlights.

  • i love espn

  • i love espn

  • I think this would have been shortly after Olbermann left. The other anchor is Steve Levy (he of a certain infamous slip-up).

  • @Market42Fan

    What slip-up?

  • The "bulging disc" malaprop.

  • @Market42Fan

    Oh. Thanks.

  • A day without Keith is a bleak day, indeed. :-)

  • I concur! These two weeks without him on Countdown is really killing his fans.Especially his fangirls.

  • You are entitled to your opinion but if you don't like him why on earth are you looking at old commericals of him on YouTube?

  • its an old sportscenter commercial. And he said he didnt like the show, not him. rlx
