  • very informative

  • I've been watching your video

  • Ok Mantap. Canggih

  • I Like

  • Mantap I Like This Video

  • another great informative video, thanks

  • very informative

  • Great stuff

  • Mercury is very strange. Venus is also very strange. They rotate very slow. Venus' day is actually longer than its year. It takes ~55.8 Earth days for Mercury to complete one rotation. I wonder if Mercury was once a moon, maybe that of Venus, or if it was a gas giant, and the Sun eventually burned away its clouds, leaving behind the core? Many exoplanets are "Hot Jupiters". Maybe Mercury was once one long ago. Astronomy is incredible, because there are so many questions, yet very few answers...

  • so i thought was mars rising in the east is mercury ?

  • I'm listening with headphones, and it is extremely annoying to only hear the narrator in my right ear. It kills the content of the video. Again. Please stop this.

  • the mono audio doesnt sound very good on headphones

  • Great Historical/Education playlist addition!

    Laurie:-)

  • so saying "it isn't about plasma cosmology either" makes me a troll? You have a very loose definition of the word "troll"..

  • Anyone know what the music used during the video is?

  • Who the hell downvoted this?

  • Oh yeay look another science video filled with people screaming at others to ACCEPT THE TRUTH I DONT BELIEVE IN GOD NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!!!!!!

You do realise that your pushing your beliefs onto others as much as anyone else if not more right?

There is not overwhelming evidence god doesnt exist nor is there overwhelming evidence he does.

Its all about choice and faith.

Simply accept that others feel different and believe different from you on this issue to do otherwise is illogical.

  • the scientist looks like a Simpsons character, or am i mistaken?

  • mallardhead GIVES head to alter boys if they tell him that he's God and that everything he says is right and true. He whips them with a yardstick and screams in false tongues at them if they tell him that his historical accounts are a bit on the fabricated side though. This is what he beleives that Jesus wants for him to do. Praise Gawd. For his followers are great.

  • @IronManTalks

you went to catholic school apparently.........

  • @mallardhead, You wish that I had, because you would like to whip me with a yardstick and demand unquestioning adherence and forced oral sex from me, I bet.

  • @IronManTalks

    ....................

  • @mallardhead, Damn. I'm sorry. That last response was all wrong and I apologize. What I should have said is that what's really fucked up here is that you'd make a connection like that to the comment I left. Almost like you saw what I wrote and you were like, "Yep... that sounds about like Catholics alright." And then you decided to leave an assuming response which pretty much confirmed that Catholics really are that fucked up! XD

  • @IronManTalks

... unfortunately I have a Catholic friend who was abused. ..and you seem to have intimate knowledge of what the 'priests' did and also seem to get off on the victimization, since you publicize the process so graphicly.

  • @mallardhead, I get off on the fact that those are your people and you try to act like religion makes you special and that you're better than me despite the fact that even you are obviously aware of how fucked up your own people are.

  • @IronManTalks

"faulty generalization" on your part.. 'your' people, makes 'you' special, 'you're' better.. By 'your' logic 'you' are responsible for the church burnings in the South as 'your' kind did it.. Nonsense! ..I'm just responsible for me and what I do. As are you.. Sure, some Christians are a mess- as are some atheists, some Americans, some environmentalists, etc. A % of all groups are messed up! A % are pretenders and pacifiers, fakes and wannabes. ..Actions and Words prove the person.

  • @mallardhead, -_-

I'm serious. You're the goddamned dumbest, most hopeless, pseudo-intellectual motherfucker who I've ever seen in my life. And I've met a lot of them.

  • @IronManTalks

sez the guy who calls self Iron Man while wearing a Punisher shirt. .. UR seriously confused!?! .. and seriously pseudo-judgmental! .. and I've meet lots of those.

  • @mallardhead, You would be dead right now if you were flapping your gums in person.

  • @IronManTalks

You'd have to work at that, killing me.. and that's the difference between us. I want you to live! To live is to grow in knowledge and the graces, to experience the beauty of life, to challenge yourself to your best, and to see your kids and hope for grandkids! ..I used to be all bah-humbug! ..Sorry you h8 so much!

  • @mallardhead, No. You'd be fucked. Now go eat your own shit and die. You fucking piece of garbage.

  • @IronManTalks ............

  • @mallardhead, At least I've got videos on YouTube where I try to address my points instead of going around harassing people like you do, you little punk-ass, bitch, shit talking, comment conquesting piece of fucking garbage.

  • @IronManTalks

    ......................

  • @mallardhead, Eat fucking shit.

  • @IronManTalks ................

  • I love that science is so international. There are no borders in science.

  • Ten years...

  • Narration in one ear is damned annoying.

  • fellatio-spike - u at it AGAIN! You read too much Halton Arp my friend! You should turn your hand to writing sci-fi, instead of abusing ppl! Hell - I'd pay to read it - I think you'd be great at it! :-)

  • gotta love science. science love you.

  • How do spacecraft cool themselves in space? Radiation of heat?

  • In other news, the Vatican announces plans to visit Uranus in an attempt to harvest untapped sources of alter boys...

  • @OccamsView, ROFL!

  • @OccamsView

    lol

  • While the sound is all f'd up... FIX the sound and re-upload!

  • Fascinating.

  • mono?

  • is there mercury on mercury?

  • What is the music in the background?? I love it! Reminds me of FF7

  • this is amazing to see !!!! i cant believe we can do such things, how far we have come as a spieces that we can do such amazing things when 1000 years ago all we had was the knowledge that them shiny things in the sky were angels looking down upon us, no electricity no nothing and here we are doing this. It is incredible, huge respect to all astronomers and scientists!!! + doctors too =)

  • @bluffr22 We can do even better right here on Earth if we wanted to.But we'd have to change our way of thinking(cultural values).

  • @bluffr22 It is quite incredible. Especially considering even how far we came the past 150 years. We have gone from riding horses to flying in spacecraft. What will the next 100 to 1000 years bring us?

  • @TheCurmudgen well aparently we wont be here, according to some religious fuck who has a christian radio station the world will end on may 21ST 2011 wich he found using his mathematical formula from the bible code wich he worked out himself and the funy thing is he has MANY believers and followers even though he made a simelar prediction in 1988 and people gatherd holding their bibles in the air and nothing happened so he said he made a mathematical error HAHAHA search 21-05-11 on youtube (lol)

  • @bluffr22 I'll have to look that up. I have a book here that has a ton of info in it on all kinds of things and one of the chapters has a list of end of world predictions. Bad enough Christians have been expecting the Rapture for close to 2,000 years but there are a bunch of nuts out there proclaiming the same things and there are idiots who actually listen! Amazing.

  • I wish we had been doing this 100 years ago. We should be exploring space in ships by now if we had gone down the road of Tesla and not oil!

  • Small child: Mommy, I've decided that I want to be a scientist and learn about the solar system when I grow up.

Mother: Oh, heavens, no! Science is the devil! You need to go to church and get right with God instead or you'll go to hell!

Thanks to all religious nuts, we're still practically in the dark ages because of events like the aforementioned. We'd probably have colonized Mars by now if it weren't for idiot religious nuts keeping us from it.

  • @IronManTalks well said, its absolutely insane that so many millions of western people STILL believe in these ancient myths and nutty bullshit fucked up fucking theories but hey what the fuck you gona do?!!! i just hope time heals us and the world (or at least west europe / america) go 95% atheist! i would stil want a handful of religious freaks left otherwise it would be boring with no one left to abuse and laugh at and correct!

  • @bluffr22

Yes, Adolph! 95% genocide while you play Nero!

  • @mallardhead

    Genocide? Preposterous!

    It's called education.

  • @Kargoneth

That's your assumption! Many anti-religious express a desire to reduce the human population, some as much as 95%, starting with the religious. They are moving themselves to positions of power and have no moral compunctions against the idea. That's not education. That's genocide. Their control of science allows them to manufacture famine, pestilence, etc. while 'saving' themselves and those they want.

  • "Many anti-religious express a desire to reduce the human population" - mallardhead

I seek a reduction of the population in general due to the fact that we are already having trouble feeding people. Limiting every couple to two children would drastically reduce the growth rate of the world. The problem with science is it only describes things as they are or will be, not how they should be. We must deal with the genocidal, but creating more kids and teaching less science is not the way to do it.

  • @Kargoneth

probably a 2 max will come.. I was talking about the more radical who want to drop a plague or two or engineer a famine or two and radically cut numbers quickly.. the problem is the tech is there do both. ..teach more science, definitely.. we have the tech to get more food yields. It's just not happening.

  • @mallardhead

With overpopulation looming in many places it will not take a human-engineered plague to cause massive death, all it takes is some natural mutation of a contagion like the swine flu and an unprepared populace for a contagious hell to emerge. Natural pop control.

I would not support such radicals and I agree that we have technology to increase food yields, but it is being combated by people who want 'natural' foods. They should be happy they even have a choice in what they can eat.

  • @Kargoneth

I'm quite sure what hits will be called a natural outbreak. It may even have a natural origin and just be radically mishandled. .. .genetically engineered food stuff has an important place; but some are engineered to be seed-sterile, meaning you cannot plant seed from your harvest. It will not germinate. That's a dangerous power for a business to hold. Several important crops are already being overrun by these. Their pollen infects non-engineered fields.

  • @mallardhead hitler??? fopr apreciating science?? hahaha, stop exadurating you fukin lesbien parading wanabe hippy, hitler killed millions of jews and u call me hitler just cos i think relligion is stupid???? awww por you and your poor church boo hoo go eat shit woman go fuck your cult leader...... sssshhhhhhhhhh

  • @bluffr22

Not for appreciating science! ScienceROCKS! ..True, Hitler killed millions of people ( including 10 million jews). And I also think the way 'religion' is used is stupid- has nothing to do with God and everything to do with wealth and power! It's supposed to be about justice, mercy and humility. ..No, I called you Hitler because achieving 95% atheists requires Hitler-like behaviors: the end of free choice, skewed education, propaganda, and the threat/use of force.

  • @mallardhead I don't think that there was even 10 million jews. and learn what atheist means idiot.

  • @SuperiorApostate

I said- 10 million including jews (6 million). ..atheist: literally: 'without god' ..dfn: n. 'One who disbelieves or denies the existence of God or gods.' ..that would make the dictionary an idiot. ..or to what do you refer?

  • @mallardhead you know lying in a typed conversation is very stupid. QUOTE "True, Hitler killed millions of people ( including 10 million jews)." END OF QUOTE Oh and what is this nonsense then? QUOTE "No, I called you Hitler because achieving 95% atheists requires Hitler-like behaviors: the end of free choice, skewed education, propaganda, and the threat/use of force. ' END OF QUOTE P.S. Hitler was religious.
  • @SuperiorApostate

I stand corrected!.. Thank You!.. It was 6 million jews of the 10-11million in those countries. 10-17 million people were slaughtered over all. .. Hitler was born and raised Catholic. He dabbled in the Occult (paganism). He was accused of being part jew. If that constitutes religion then he was.. Crazy, too!.. '95% atheist' was a quote of another person.. To achieve a world pop that's 95% atheists requires Hitler-like actions.. If you read the conversation you'll see it.

  • @mallardhead I still don't understand what you are trying to say with that and how it is relevant.

  • @SuperiorApostate

bluffr22 said, 'i just hope time heals us and the world (or at least west europe / america) go 95% atheist!' ..I called him Hitler as achieving such requires Hiltler-like actions. ..another challenged that, so I pointed out some Progressives call for a 95% reduction in world population. ..Does that help? I know its confusing.

  • @mallardhead I get what you are trying to say now, but I don't think it requires such actions because it is impossible in the first place. even if you eradicate all the religious people new religious people would be born, they would search for deeper meaning and create new Gods if old ones would be forbidden.

  • @SuperiorApostate

Oh, I agree! ..But some will try it. ..The Church tried to make the World Christian and claimed great success, but when force ended the People declared their independence, and rightly so.

  • @mallardhead Though, I would not have a problem with people who would not worship Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism etc. and would only have their personal beliefs and would not force them onto anyone else, just acknowledge that there are things we do not know about the universe and that a, what they would/could define as God, could account for it. But now it is just crazy how religion goes against laws of nature, known facts and people still blindly believe it.

  • @SuperiorApostate

I am totally against anything but individual faith. Churches are okay for community and encouragement, but nothing more. .. In the 5th century, when xtianity became the State Religion, true faith/religion suffered a great loss of freedom. But that's the way of some men.. they find something good, institutionalize it, use it for power and wealth, and who cares what it was? ..The Church went crazy! Forced blind faith in its dictates! But that's changing! ..1st Amendment!

  • @mallardhead Yeah, there is nothing wrong with personal belief or even a group of people that share some kind of belief, but Church gained too much power and now it's just after money and more power.

  • @SuperiorApostate

gotta watch out for all the power monger money grubber!

  • @SuperiorApostate hitler was religious? where did you get this information? is true though that he grew up in a christian family, but he wasn't the church attending type, so he wasn't practicing, in conclusion he wasn't religious. Just wanted to point that out. I'm not religious also...

  • @dumbnetworks If he wasn't going to church he wasn't religious? that's just stupid. He paid taxes to church, there are quotes of his where he says he is Christian and talks some about Jesus. Come on are you really that surprised, it's not like he's the first genocidal religious maniac. Plus, after over 40 unsuccessful assassination attempts who wouldn't be religious, lol.

  • @mallardhead eerrrrr... NO! thats just your own sick way of thinking, i meant that new generations of people simply realise that they dont need to folow religion when we have revealed so mutch about the truth! When i was in school (in england)none of my freinds were religious there might have been one preson in every class that believed in god, i now live in sweden, the most atheist country (thats not why i moved here) everyone i have met are atheists exept old people and so i just hope......

  • @bluffr22

I totally agree it is wrong to use hellfire, damnation, and the name of God as a means to control people. The Church is receiving a well deserved backlash for centuries of such abuse. ..But I also think the current govt backed attacks on religion are similar abuses meant to control people. ..Propaganda cuts both ways, for and against whatever the current fad is, BUT the central issue is who controls the people? Rarely are they allowed the freedom to control themselves..

  • @bluffr22

Only 16% of the world is non-religious and half of those, while not joined to a religion, believe in a god. ..Most of the 84% don't necessarily obey the rules of their religious govt, but that's a far cry from atheism. ..and despite your claims, the sciences are being used more and more as propaganda by those wanting control of people.. Climate Change/Global Warming is the best example.. Its not- you'll go to hell- but- Death of the Human Race. ..The threats are the same thing!

  • @mallardhead .... that america get with the times and accept the truth (like alot allready have) instead of believing these unbelievable christian stories and using these theories to brainwash kids to believing they wil go to hel if they dont believe and worship you know the rest! as for prapoganda... no scientist ever told me i wil burn in hell for iternity if i didnt believe the FACTS he has presented to me, unlike american teachers n parents so dont even try tel me atheists use propaganda!!

  • @IronManTalks I've often wondered just how far we could be as a society if religion wasn't in the way. When are people going to realize just how ridiculous the concept of a god is?

  • @TheCurmudgen

Shows a lack of knowledge of what religion is and has inspired!

  • @mallardhead Oh sure. Like the crusades, the inquisition, flying planes into buildings. Religion has done a lot of good for the world. Of course I forgot all the good god did, like killing most of his creation in the flood, killing disobedient children, advocating slavery and incest and best of all, using his own self/child as a human sacrifice that makes absolutely no sense. Right, I'm ignorant.

  • @TheCurmudgen

"God" makes a great excuse for men to be awful to each other. ..You posted a narrow range of history and literature, focusing only on some of the judeo/xtian part. ..So, right, you're ignorant.

  • @mallardhead From the flood to the World Trade Center. That encompasses most of biblical history. Dumbass.

  • @TheCurmudgen BTW, I live in a Christian society so that's where I base my perspective. I feel the same way about all religions. I think Islam, Hinduism, Taoism, Shintoism, etc., etc., etc., is all ridiculous.

  • @TheCurmudgen

You're welcome to your opinion. But you should not blather without expecting some reaction. Its ridiculous to think otherwise!

  • @mallardhead I always expect moronic responses. Thank you for doing your part.

  • @TheCurmudgen

You're ignorant of archaeology and misuse the word 'civilization' and somehow it makes me a moron? FYI!

  • @mallardhead Homo sapiens have been found to be somewhere around 195,000 years old. Look up the National Geographic page for info on this. I'm sorry you don't understand English. Is it not your first language.

    You FAIL. Troll.

  • @TheCurmudgen

Yes, modern man has been around that long at least.. but you said 'civilizations'. The oldest known is Sumer, only about 5300bce. Interesting you criticize my use of language but butcher it yourself. .. Must be your 2nd or 3rd, right after Trollese! .. It's so interesting that you can say whatever, but if I disagree I'm a Troll. Now that's a fail!

  • @mallardhead I have not "butchered" my language at all, that's why I'm going to assume you're either five years old or from another country. I didn't know civilization meant there had to be cities and countries but regardless, how does this demonstrate your original comment to me? Talk about strawman, you make a claim and then go all over the place addressing everything and anything except your original claim. TROLL!

  • @TheCurmudgen

Strawman? I followed 'your' lead. 'You' took us everywhere. I responded to what 'you' brought up. .. more like seven, when my first grade teacher taught me what 'civilization' means- a developed culture at the least. .. We started with me wondering if you knew what religion is and how it has advanced humanity.. that's when you started the roller coaster ride. .. 'You' never answered my wondering..

  • @mallardhead My original statement was about how religion has held us back as a society. You followed by saying I didn't know anything about religions. I presented a brief biblical history, one that most Christians, Muslims and Jews follow. These religions make up the majority of the population of the world. You then went into how long civilizations have been around, arguing with me about the definition of the term, accusing me of misusing the English language. YOU are the one

  • @TheCurmudgen who is all over the place. I fail to understand how you think I don't know anything about religion when all I said was religion has held us back as a society. You claimed that religion has inspired quite a bit yet you failed to address that point. I can also see, from other comments, that you are arguing with quite a lot of people. This either makes you a total moron to not realize how dumb you are or you are a TROLL.

  • @TheCurmudgen

We misread each other. I apologize. Religion, the belief in god(s), has advanced mankind. Historically people tried to discover the ways of god(s) using rudimentary science. The discoveries and advances were called gifts. Hinduism and the Egyptians chronicled many of these. ..But a lot were hidden or lost for a while due to natural disasters, climate changes, wars, social reformations. ..Then came the age you describe. I simply thought you were discounting the earlier stuff. cont

  • Comment removed

  • @mallardhead Well if you can count an attempt at proving god doesn't exist and discovering something scientific religions contribution to science I guess it did contribute.

  • @SuperiorApostate

I think they assumed god(s) and wanted to learn his/her/their ways.. I don't think one can prove or disprove god(s).. whatever the origin of those processes, we need to learn and use them...

  • @TheCurmudgen

lol! ..So I comment with others.. like you, they say stuff that needs a challenge.. we work it out or they go ballistic.. its a form of conversation.. some even throw out stupid labels, like moron and troll, because they cannot carry their end..

  • @TheCurmudgen

Human civilization/religion is at least 70,000 years old- if the finds in Africa are correct. You're missing about 63,500 years. You totally left out Hinduism, etc. Biblical history is not all there is about God, WhatYouCalledMe!

  • @mallardhead Human civilizations have been around for hundreds of thousands of years. Do you have any clue about anything?

  • @TheCurmudgen

Certainly humanity has been around for ages, but the oldest known/dated religious artifact, a python head from a cave in Africa, was given the age of 70K years ago recently. It's much older than the 'civilizations' we have facts concerning- Sumer, Egypt and the Indus Valley. Do you know of older?

  • @IronManTalks

Dumb! The Dark Ages were caused by pagan Vikings attacking Europe! Learning and development virtually stopped. The Church created the Warrior class to deal with them! To deal with the Warriors the Church then created the Crusades, which brought all that knowledge to Europe, jump started learning on a grand scale and ushered in the Enlightenment. What you blame on religion was actually rulers afraid of losing power and wealth. Cool of God to use man's worst to bring on his best!

  • @mallardhead,

Excellent Example of a typical, batshit crazy, pseudo-intellectual, religious, gawdandcuntry, e-thug, motherfucker trying to talk shit on the comments section of YouTube under the guise of educating someone. This is YouTUBE, not YouTYPE. If you want to go around pulling this shit, then just make videos talking your nonsense. You'll reach a larger audience AND people will come to YOU to talk shit like talking shit makes your dick grow.

  • @IronManTalks

You threw the slurs! You made it YouTYPE! You talked your 'dung' on this video, not on your own! Now you've gone profane! How enlightened (not)! .. I gave valid info and you went off.. so you're the excellent example of ridiculousness.

  • @mallardhead, Whatever. I made a simple comment directed towards no particular person, telling it like it is. You replied to me specifically to start shit like you obviously go around doing with a LOT of people. People like you argue for the sake of it. There's no point being made. You can spin this like you obviously do with everything in your own little world, but you're the one distorting everything and trying to talk some shit because you get hard off of the attention it brings you.

  • @IronManTalks

It was 'simple', yes; but directed towards millions of people for whom you hold a bias. ..You did not tell it like it is, but according to your bias. ..If you knew, historically, how completely govts bind up people of faith by controlling the translation of their primary books you would speak differently. .. The point is you made a cruel and stupid remark, seeking affirmation of your own, and did not like getting called on it. I gave you info and you call it spin. ..Pathetic!

  • @mallardhead, Your real life profession must be that of a magician. There's no other way that a persons words could come out in the form of so much bullshit.

  • @IronManTalks

I was a teacher. That how I know words and their use are important and that you throw them around like refuse. Go back and read the posts. You cried wolf about religion. Your minions sucked up to you as if you were god. I stepped on your toe and you turned all satanic. Then you spouted bs and called it mine. Pathetic!

  • @mallardhead, "That how I know words and their use"... Well, mister warped minded, retard, religious teacher fuck, shouldn't there have been an apostrophe and an s after "That"? to make it a proper contraction of "That is"?

  • @IronManTalks

LOL! .. and you are desperate, so intolerant of common typing errors.. anything to absolves you of error. .. That's right! I missed a proper contraction. I'm not to proud to admit an error. You are!

  • @mallardhead, Look how angrily you're going about replying to me after I called you on that. Who's "satanic" and "pathetic" now?

I'll give you a hint: He quacks me up with his mouthful of bullshit.

  • @IronManTalks

angrily? nope! amused! .. 'mallardhead' is a nickname. I know full well how it sets me up for jokes petty people apply, but I use it anyway because of the esteem I hold for the one how gave it to me and the reason I was given for its bestowal. ..

  • @mallardhead, The lack of friends that you must have.... trying to fill that void in your life by getting all personal with strangers..... I believe you were molested repeatedly by your Priest when you were younger. Or maybe you're mad because even he didn't want you.... Sad motherfucker.

  • @IronManTalks ................

  • @mallardhead, I was so accurate that I left you speechless, huh? Yep. I knew it.

  • @IronManTalks .....................

  • @mallardhead, I think you masturbate to all of the replies that you get from people on the internet while screaming "Yes, Jesus!". You do it with one hand, while shoving a dildo which is made to effectively look like a crucifix up your religious ass with the other while listening to Christian music and looking back and forth from your monitor to your television, watching false healers steal peoples money from collection plates while they grab people by the head and shove them onto the ground.

  • @IronManTalks

You have totally fallen apart.. if that's your only views on religion then you are to be pitied.. you think about the wrong stuff..

  • @mallardhead, As far as the rest of you continued garbage. I've read every post. You're fucking nuts. I feel bad for anyone who was ever taught by you. I have no "minions". Anyone who replied to you did so because they individually saw that you're full of shit. You went out of your way to "step on my toe" and thus far have made a point to keep bringing up how I reacted as if my reaction was unwarranted. It wasn't. And it certainly wasn't "satanic".

  • @IronManTalks

when you can't deal with it you use a profanity and a label.. I didn't go out of my way. You put your foot out in front of me and I stepped down.. your attack on religion was uninformed and so unwarranted and so was your reaction.. I used the word 'satanic' because it is religious and as offensive as your profanity.

  • @mallardhead, Shit, piss, cunt, fuck, cocksucker, motherfucker and tits. You sure do love quacking that bullshit on and on, as if there's a point to it all.

  • @IronManTalks

    ...................

  • @mallardhead, When in doubt, this man leaves a series of dots instead of a comment. It reminds him of the cocaine that his Priest forced him to snort before the first time he gave oral sex against his will. It gives him religious emotional comfort, I think. Praise Allah. Shit, I mean "Gawd". For he is great.

  • @IronManTalks

........ = see it, unworthy of commenting on it!

  • @mallardhead, Then you shouldn't have bothered wasting the comment field on anything at all if it wasn't worth commenting on. You fucking idiot.

  • @IronManTalks

It's not my fault you read more into it than is there.. if you need more info then ask questions.. don't assume. Idiots assume!

  • @mallardhead, You're taking a little longer to reply now. Come on. Trying not to get angry and wrathful anymore? Trying to excercise some false humility? How Christian of you. How FAKE Christian of you.

  • @IronManTalks

..did the dishes, took out the trash, helped my family and friends a bit, wondered at your h8.. wondered at the teachings of my faith, which keep me from that kind of h8 and self-destruction.. came back thankful..

  • @mallardhead, Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. You were probably just off word warrioring with some other poor schmuck.

  • @IronManTalks ..........

  • @mallardhead, And you can say "Pathetic!" as many times as you want. Like it carries some great weight with it. I think YOU'RE pathetic. You were probably called that quite a bit when you were young too. Maybe came from a mentally and physically abusive home (you've already admitted that you were raised religiously, so it wouldn't surprise me one bit). And now the only way that you can feel good about yourself is to go online and talk shit to everyone who isn't warped in the brain, like you.

  • @IronManTalks

I'm immune to warped 'brow beaters' like you. I endured a lot of them growing up.. True, I was raised under tough, judgmental circumstances, but demanding is not abusive.. ..You misread my channel..

  • @mallardhead, I'm sure that you were probably called "Pathetic" a million time a day when you were growing up. Thus it has become your choice insult for anyone who you need to feel empowered over, because it's what made you feel most like shit when you were young. You really are what you like to consistently call those who disagree with you. Pathetic. And now your patheic ass finds that it's time is best spent talking garbage to people in text, on the internet. If that's not pathetic, what is?

  • @IronManTalks

pathetic- 'miserably or contemptibly inadequate.' .. I'm sure some feel we both qualify. .. and, no, I like to talk to people and bring enlightenment to them.. I even thank them when they rightly correct or enlighten me..

  • @mallardhead, I hope you pull this shit on the wrong person in real life and they beat you to the point where you're not only paralyzed from the neck down, but also a vegetable with a broken jaw and mangled hands and you're no longer able to spew your bullshit anymore.

  • @IronManTalks

If they are as poorly educated, narrow-minded, ego-centric, socio-pathic, sadistic and immature as you they might try. Our govt has been 'dumbifying' our youth for quite a while- creating amoral 'soldiers' for their Civilian Security Force. You sound like the h8r NBP they just dropped the case for at the DOJ. "Kill, kill their babies" and such puke.

  • @mallardhead Viking raids were a small part of instability. It was the church that burned down the library of Alexandria which set us back by 1,000 years.

  • @truvelocity

The Vikings managed about a 60 year period of raids and destruction before they were stopped. That deep instability (murders and plunder) set up a virtual collapse of social/political structure across Europe. The 'small part' they played was significant! .. Julius Caesar burned that library 42 years before Jesus was born, 70 before the church at Jerusalem was formed and 442 before the Catholic Church came to power. ..Look it up!

  • @truvelocity Really!? What do you really know about Christianity, my friend? lol ;-)

  • @mallardhead

    Genocide begat genocide...

  • @Kargoneth

..and genocide, as a practice, is much older than the Bible, which is simply a compilation of old religious writings.. For about 1600 years its been twisted and used by the powerful to get more power, extract wealth, fight wars and control the social order of the world. ..Now that its going out of fashion the powerful are moving on to twist and use science.. there will be even greater genocides..

  • I have little confidence that this mission to Mercury will advance astronogers' understanding of planetary evolution in any fashion. What's more likely is that astronogers will hammer the data until it fits in the context of their preconceived notions. Evidence that falsifies their beliefs will be seen as "proof" that they are right, after they invent a new ad hoc phenomenon or object that "explains" their errors away by sweeping them under the rug.

  • @fertilizerspike ive looked at your page... i see that you are very into conspiracy theories.. that explains a few things.

  • @CyberNeticRodent

I'm not sure which "conspiracy theories" you think I'm into, but honestly why are you talking about me at all? Is this video about me? Is this comments section for comments about me? Eat my ass, you fucking troll.

  • @fertilizerspike what the hell is an astronoger?

  • @irrelevanthuman

An astronoger is somebody who practices astronomy, but not as a science. Astronogers just gaze at the stars and make up stories and utterly divorce themselves of having to learn any real science or verify any of their outlandish claims through experiment.

  • @fertilizerspike "astronogers will hammer the data until it fits in the context of their preconceived notions"

So, can I assume gravitational fields fit this bill or am I misunderstanding you.

  • @OhmySKoD

Astronogers look at galaxies and notice that the matter they can observe can't account for the shape and motion of the galaxies in the context of their gravity models. They don't see this as falsification of their beliefs, though, so they just invent unobservable matter wherever it needs to be to "fix" the prediction of the model so it agrees with reality. That's not science, it's pathological.

  • @fertilizerspike "Blah blah, please accept my inane blather as demonstration of fact.

Have you any need of a large bridge from Brooklyn?"

Can you offer actual physics? Maybe a few papers I can read... or did you learn all this from your talking dog, who is satan?

  • @OhmySKoD

When people refuse to allow evidence to falsify their beliefs, they are not practicing science. Your red herring, your straw man argument and your insistence that I do your research for you is annoying and puerile.

It's readily demonstrated that astronogers are routinely "baffled" by every new observation. Astronogers never let evidence falsify their beliefs, though, they just invent new "unobservable" stuff to "explain" it under the rug.

  • @fertilizerspike No evidence has been offered. Bullying doesn't count as evidence.

    You're boring now.

  • @OhmySKoD

It's been firmly established by experiment that charged bodies able to interact electrically ignore "gravity", they are affected about thirty times more strongly by electromagnetic forces than by gravity, and at greater distances. These forces correspond to "gravity" predictions when the charges of the bodies are nearly identical. The sun and the planets are all charged bodies immersed in very conductive plasma, they will not obey "gravity" laws in their motions.

  • @fertilizerspike

Yeah, like the experiment where in I drop a brick and a charged object from the same hight and the charge object hits the ground first? Oh wait, that's not how it works.

    You're talking out your ass.

  • @OhmySKoD

I'm not familiar with your brick experiment. Perhaps you've written a paper describing it and outlining your conclusions.

There are abundant examples of experiments showing quite conclusively that charged bodies able to interact electrically ignore "gravity", they are affected about thirty times more strongly by electromagnetic forces than by "gravity". There's also abundant evidence showing over 99% of the universe is plasma, so over 99% of the universe ignores "gravity". Get it?

  • @fertilizerspike hahaha, I'm not surprised. Finish high school smart guy.

  • Claims that Mercury is "telluric" or "earth-like" and therefore "must be" similar to Earth in composition are baseless and unwarranted.
