Yes, you need to upload images to your computer (a record folder contents), then use your favorite movie creator (there are many free versions, ex: windows movie maker).
Just put all the images in the movie track and change it's image times (for example, less than half seconds) >>> export to the movie (it's simple but manual) ^^;
It might be good idea that application could do it for you, may be in the future this auto movie export function might included. ^^ Thanks

Only, do for the simple city errands ^^;

September riding video looks very good....
I'm going to add special function for the motorcycle riders on this dashboard cam.
Sync. external GPS with photo taken dates, and then play or create Speed & Map overlays... sometime later.. ha ha ha.
