@yansprachen23 Hi Robert! You DON'T need big hands for this! You just need strong and precise fingers. You also need a fast left hand. Work on it now! It's never too early.
Haha, you think this is sped up? He's playing at a slightly below average speed for this piece.
Nice job, btw. I've heard lots of versions of this piece, and your music sounds quite solid. You didn't go faster than your technical demands and stuck to expressing yourself, it sounds like.
You have managed the impossible. You have put expression and feeling into what most have simply made into a gymnastic race. And managed to maintain an impressive tempo. Bravo.
i LOVED the interpretation! especially after those insane octaves, where the hands descend together...wow, instead of banging right into it, you held back and let the exitement REALLY mount! ur a genius^^
c'est dur de préférer une nouvelle interprétation quand on en connait déjà une autre par coeur.... mais là pour le coup, il m'a séduit !... les coups de la main gauche je kiff vraiment.
Very fine technically, Alex, but I think you tend rush the piece; the dynamics are getting lost in the general traffic jam of sound. Let it breathe a little and you will achieve much more finesse in the transitions.
I think it's fascinating how different performers can interpret this - I just began this piece recently and I thought it was much more heartfelt and flowy, but anger and passion seems to make more sense now!
How do you play in that Hall? Did you have to sign for a bona fide concert or can you walk in for fun?
Well, it isn't nearly as "exclusive" as you may imagine but it is a bit complicated - I believe you have to have a steinway artist sponsor a concert for you.
Good overall performance - very good tempo! The final ending had really good left hand contrast compared to the beginning of the piece. I perhaps sensed that there was a little problem with the rhythm at 52 seconds, but I suppose it was because you were playing at a recital. And improve the accuracy of the entire piece a bit more and you'll have a professional level performance!
Ur so freaking awesome!! XD I luv this piece a lot and already played it during a concert but I didn't perfome as good as u did lol... I got sum faults :$ It was just so humiliating lol. Anyway continu ur great work though ^^
very good job! highly commendable! I loved this piuece so much, that i started learning it by myself and I learned the first two 2 systems of the peice by heart in a matter of 1 hour. very good job!
Well, Im not finished with that piece...im actually fighting with the last page with all the 1-3-2-5 and zipeedidooo da..i duno..maybe a bit to nervous like Aszkenazy youre hitting a bit too much these notes=) but one cool thing is not to play like everyone does..and that i respect. When ill put my version, you say anything you want.i do not criticize gratuitously so keep up, but forget to think polish when you play chopin, not french=)see you
prodigious technique. i expect you practised quite hard. its largely accurate! a brilliant rendition. could qualify as one of my favourites for this etude! =P
This would sound great on a nice Korg synth with a sweeping phaser. It would do well in the techno/dance charts if you added some electric drums too it aswell.
I liked it very much. I read the other comments, and I don't really get their criticisms... I think you did great. But then again, I doubt you need comments from someone who has no musical talents (aka me) but I think your playing was very passionate and enjoyable.
Wery well played. You will go far with your skills.
Hey I played at Steinway hall a few weeks ago!
Remember, it's not all about fortes and getting all the notes right. Judges and professional musicians don't give a crap if you miss 2 notes out of 200. Also keep in mind that Chopin was noted as not a very strong pianist, so he played with a softer kind of tone.
heard a few slips up, but well done, try making crescendos....earlier? because I get the impression taht you just go from piano to sF and then continue piano or forte......and also one tip, ty not moving your hand so much up and down, try to keep a straight line with it, otherwise, very nice
such a powerful performance, amazing!!!!

上聲部和下聲部之間的替換,這是刻意的對照音型,
若不用心看待曲子的結構上的用意,就會出現不成比例的蕭邦。
