If you have Ultimate Collection, you don't need to download the Quagga; just send some extinct animals to the wild. Hope this helps! :)

the quagga is actually a zebra mixed with a horse the zebra is partly from the habitat and stripes.The horse is from the color.

Okay I know how to make the cats different colors:

Pause the game and place your animals then UN-pause them and they will change color.

I got the Quagga without downloading :) I just used the fossil finder tool that comes with extinct animals expansion pack.
