@xxFragxClanxx It's called a mob trap. A lot of people build them. Basically you build a huge room that has zero light in it. Etho actually has a tutorial how to build one along with a "mobvator" as etho calls it. You can direct the mobs anywhere with water.

Another cool way to kill them is to have netherrak set on fire to the side of them in the ground with a block above it so that they don't wander into it. A piston on either side will remove the block above the fire and push the mobs into the fire. I hope that makes sense.

The modification you had for small mobs works perfectly for tall ones too. If the lower piston activates later, they won't have anything to jump on before suffocating.

If you let the creeper get weakened a bit by the water, you can get the skeleton to finish it off instead of just provoking it into blowing the mobs up. You've invented the easiest way to get records ever!

in 1.9 . . . you only need 1 EMP .. then tube up all your passive mobs in 1 emp since you can control the amount of mobs you can get

@EthosLab in the tweak at about 29 minutes where you change the crusher, doesn't it change it so that if the lava pit is open and you activate the crusher it will close it? It's not a big deal, but I just felt like you forgot it.

Etho can you help me? I built your system and it works, it's just that I can't get the mobs to flow into it. It's connected to your hostile trap where they flow up a glass elevator a few blocks and then there's a 2x2 tube that cuts into a 1x1 drop into it and I just can't get the water to flow how I want. Any ideas?

i have a passive mob farm to get pigs and all that the water flow and lava grinder works fine but my mobs hardly ever spawn on top of it, its light enough for them to spawn as a couple of chickens and sheep spawned there but rarely any help guys??
