Please, what does the crying girl say about Mina?

The girl complains that she's come to San Remo only to meet Mina and is disappointed because she had called her three times but Mina didn't show up. So, when the girls returns home, all her sisters will tease her. She also says that Nilla Pizzi (the winner of the first san Remo Song Contest and still a star in 1961) is her friend and she defends her constantly (from the attacks of the popular press).
