your glove position is off, it's way too high, and you keep it closed, it has to be fully open at ALL times... if you start keeping it open all the time you'll see, the balls/pucks are going to go in your glove by themselves

You should try to keep your catcher at the same height as your blocker it'll make you bigger in net, balence you more, and make it easier to make a glove save. Your fivehole is to wide you shouldn't keep your feet at the posts so keep your feet closer together to make less fivehole, it'll make you taller to cover the top shelf more, and it'll make it harder to be scored on. Other than that nice job!
